With a serene terrace garden, soothing landscape design, and fully refurbished interiors, this townhouse was transformed into a modern retreat ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.

The scope included landscape development, terrace garden design, and complete interior remodeling. The project also involved demolition, structural extension, customized finishes, and home automation. Every zone—from the bar and staircase to the bedrooms and bathrooms—was treated with detailed attention.

• Elevated jacuzzi deck integrated into a lush, low-maintenance terrace garden

• Light-toned, marble-textured porcelain tiles throughout the interior floors

• Staircase clad in wood-finish PVC tiles with motion-sensor lighting
• Bespoke resin-clad bar facade created by Avatara by Chandni, with integrated ice-maker, wine cooler, and custom shelving
• Open-plan living and dining zone designed for minimalism, featuring royal blue sofas for a splash of color
• Full MEP upgrade including automation and smart lighting

EXECUTION & INNOVATION

Working within a townhouse community required phased execution and logistics coordination. The Milestone team overcame access challenges with tight schedules and off-site fabrication. Creative problem-solving was key in executing detailed bar finishes and integrating smart systems without visual clutter.
