Holiday Moments wanted an inspiring, welcoming office space that would reflect their vibrant brand while providing functionality for a growing team. Their existing shell-and-core space had been fit-out by a contractor with basic civil works, flooring, and ceiling—but the overall vibe felt dull and lacked identity. They reached out to Milestone to infuse the office with charm, creativity, and a spirit of adventure that mirrors their travel-driven business.

SCOPE OF SPACE

The 700 sq. ft. office required a complete interior transformation. Milestone focused on custom carpentry, wall enhancements, lighting, vertical greenery, and space planning. The scope included the main entrance zone, collaborative workspace, private desk areas, storage, and branding integration through custom decor.

THEME & DESIGN ASPECTS

The overarching theme—“Desert Charm Meets Modern Style”—guided every detail. Lush vertical planters and wooden slats created warmth, while hand-painted desert murals added local flavor. Hanging decor, open shelving, and minimal partitions fostered openness. A carefully selected lighting palette ensured each work zone felt bright, uplifting, and productive

The main challenge was revitalizing a basic contractor-led fit-out that felt flat and uninspiring. Without redoing the shell, Milestone had to layer in warmth, visual interest, and functional enhancements. Every element—from wall textures to greenery—was thoughtfully introduced to work with the existing structure while dramatically upgrading the ambiance
