Milestone Dubai is where Sejal Nagjee’s designs come to life and are flawlessly executed.
In April of 2023, Milestone will be celebrating 20 years serving Dubai. In that time Sejal has overseen and delivered more than 800 projects including for many of Dubai’s esteemed residents.
Milestone’s work has been recognised by and featured in Gulf News, The National, Khaleej Times, Hello! Middle East and many more
Milestone’s journey began in Mumbai almost 22 years ago, with the idea of creating a company that would distribute gifts, artifacts, candles and everything beautiful for the home.
Sejal’s focus started with gifting and creating lifestyles that would improve the living experience. However, she soon realized that if the backgrounds were not suitable, it would be difficult to place those flower arrangements or artifacts in the space.
This realization led her to branch out into interior design in Mumbai, and eventually, after moving to Dubai in 2003 to set up Milestone Dubai.
Milestone has grown to become a 70-person company that offers a design and build solution, and a turnkey solution for remodeling homes.
We provide services for Villa Extensions, interior fitouts, landscaping, swimming pools, and carpentry. Our goal is to provide a complete solution for the home, and that’s what we do best.
As the CEO of Milestone for the past 20 years, Sejal has led her team to reach new heights. She is dedicated to creating leaders within her company, and is proud to say that Milestone is extremely well-organized, with great processes and systems.
Her husband, Rajesh Nagjee, has been the coach for Milestone for many years, and together they have successfully navigated the challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
Milestone is thriving, and has developed a sterling reputation in the industry. Along with eye-catching landscapes and beautiful pools, Milestone is focused on villa extensions, remodeling of interiors and expanding Milestone Carpentry, Walls & More and the Creative Hub exhibition which Sejal runs annually.
